For the longest time I was using the exposure effect in resolume to do this nice audio reactive dimming and one day I realized I could make it better, this effect is the result of that. Set both the exposure and circle size parameters to external fft and watch the magic happen, as the music cuts out so do your visuals, but they will fade away in a nice shrinking circle reminiscent of how old TVs shut off. This effect takes a lot of the work off your hands as a VJ and makes sure you are always on time with the DJ allowing you more free time to play with effects and get clips ready. This can be applied to the composition for a dramatic effect or too each layer for a more subtle effect.

I watched a podcast that he was the guest on and learned so many blender tricks that I had to explore the depths of that new knowledge and these loops are the result of that discovery. FYI they are very big files i tried to make them smaller but it is hard when you are dealing with millions of particles.

One of the very first things I ever made in Resolume wire. This source generates an audio reactive field of shapes that will dance to the music. This is a new pack of loops I made after watching a really cool tutorial. For the longest time in blender I was making very cinematic full scenes but I recently got inspired by really cool tutorial that showed how to make distorted textures uses math nodes and wanted to make some loops utilizing what I learned from that tutorial. These Loops are the result of that discovery.
